We are looking for a Lead Generation Rep/Sales that is a regionally focused resource needed to support Enterprise Asset Management Sales and Marketing efforts specifically with a focus on market analysis, campaign planning and lead generation activities for the Mincom sales force in North America. This person will be responsible for identifying and defining targeted market segments, and the creation, deployment and management of marketing campaigns. This includes follow up on all opportunities, pre-qualification, and assignment of leads to the sales team for further action. As such, the role is critical for both marketing and sales. The role will also be responsible for outbound, “cold calling” in support of sales and marketing campaigns (i.e. inside sales). The individual will also maintain and update the marketing prospect database.
Requirements:
· 3-7 years experience in inside sales, telesales, lead or inquiry management, or marketing roles.
· Must have experience defining targeted market segments, and the creation, deployment and management of marketing campaigns.
· Must have experience cold calling key decision makers in the corporate marketplace at the VP and CxO level and provide leads to the Sales Executives.
· The candidate should have a strong desire to be part of a team and be highly detail oriented with proven follow-through and lead management capabilities.
· Can work effectively with a dynamic sales team and in a high-paced sales environment.
· Working knowledge of CRM or SFA tools (e.g. Relavis).
· Requires outstanding time management skills.
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Public Relations communications.
